Glow in the Dark 21yr

For my 21st birthday I decided to have a "Glow in the Dark" party.  I purchased cups, plates and straws in neon colors.  I made up goodie bags of little nick knacks like stickers, erasers, pencils, etc. that were all neon colors.  I placed black lights in all of the fixtures in my apartment and that was the light for the evening.  Food was deli wraps, vodka soaked watermelon, chips, and Jell-O shots.  The party was a big hit among all the guests.  We still talk about how that was the best party so far that we've been to.
