Sock Hop -50yr- Old Record Décor

My Mom is turning 50 this year. My sisters and I are doing a 1950's Sock hop surprise party for her. 

We are doing everything in old time rock and roll, using Black, Purple, and Hot Pink. 

We took old records and sprayed them with glitter glue to hang from the ceiling.  We had Black lights and Disco balls. 

All of us kids made Poodle Skirts and all the guys were in White T-shirts and jeans. 

We hired a Elvis Impersonator to come do a couple of songs and we had a DJ for the rest of the night. 

My sisters and I had no Idea what to buy as a gift so we made her one. 

A Memory video tape,  we gathered old pictures of her all the way from birth until a Grandmother and put them on video tape and showed it at the party. 

On the invitations we asked everyone to dress 1950's styles.  This was a great party for everyone.
